Whispers in the Mist

"Whispers in the Mist" unveils Assisi from afar, where the ancient stones of this sacred city converse with the ethereal veil of fog. This collection, rendered in stark, evocative black and white, captures the silent dialogues of the monumental Basilica of Saint Francis and the imposing fortress of Rocca Maggiore, their forms both softened and deepened by the pervasive mist. Each photograph is a hushed revelation, a glimpse into the past. The fog, a transient messenger, carries the whispers of history and devotion, obscuring and revealing the city's soul in a symphony of gray. Through these images, we are invited to listen to the unspoken stories etched in the stone of Assisi’s great monuments, and to feel the quiet reverence that permeates this timeless Umbrian sanctuary.
